- I snowboard!
- For me, home is anywhere that I can pause and take the time to care for myself. Even if it's just having a shower and a long sleep in a hotel room. Of course it sounds cliche but home for me is also wherever I can be with my friends and family.
- My tip for getting things done while traveling is to do all the boring technical stuff on your travel days. I used to spend hours scrolling instagram while waiting for my flights and then get to my destination with a ton of stuff to do instead of having everything checked off my list.
- When I travel, I always bring a book to draw in and a bunch of pens, I usually bring my skateboard too.
- I'm still technically a teenager but I guess I would tell my younger self to say yes more and enjoy the ride. I’d tell myself to stop worrying and to remember that I can handle things on my own!
- My favorite destination is wherever it's been snowing!
- I’d tell people that are pursuing a similar path as me the same things I'd tell my younger self, just to say yes to adventure even if it's scary and to enjoy the journey!
- I finished high school… I was originally going to take one gap year to travel and then go to university but I liked traveling more than I ever imagined and it made me realize that I'm not ready to go back to school yet. I definitely plan on going to university as soon as I'm done with my travels. I really miss the feeling that I got in school of struggling to understand a concept and then thinking hard about it until it makes sense
- Outdoor housekeeping was my first job. It really sucked, I had to clean sidewalk cracks with a fork and a toothbrush.
- Lately I've been feeling so inspired by everything. I'm in a creative inspiration surplus! people and their expression, art, music, skateboarding, culture, especially architecture, old art and new art, flowers, the list goes on…
- On some trips, you end up unpacking and repacking lots, my best tip for this is to keep your puffy and laptop on you all the time, if you're flying keep them in your carry on. make sure you always have water and cash and keep your dirty clothes separate from your clean ones.
- The worst thing I've forgotten for a trip is toilet paper on camping trips. Especially in the winter.
- My dream trip is a full heli with all my favourite people in alaska, the sky is blue every day and the snowpack is perfect! I'd bring all my snowboarding stuff of course plus a karaoke machine.
- My favourite snack for on the go is dehydrated fruit! In the fall I pick a bunch and dry it all up and then eat it all winter long. But my secret favorite snack is pocket bacon and pocket sausages. I steal a bunch at breakfast and mukbang out of my pocket all day long!
